The course will analyze the response of the global climate system to different types of forcing and its ability to damp or enhance natural and anthropogenic forcing. Special emphasis is put on the effects of changing the composition of the atmosphere.
Form, Place and Duration:
The course will take place at Rockefeller, Juliane Maries Vej 30. It consists of 12 sessions each of app. 3 hours length: 2 lectures followed by discussions or solving of problems. Demonstrations of results from computer experiments and/or observational studies are also possibilities.
How to sign up
The course is open to PhD students from both Danish and foreign universities and institutions. The language will be English.
