Since 1996 employed at GEUS as senior scientist in soil molecular microbiology. Previously employed at Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University (KVL) as assistant professor (1992-1996) and at National Environmental Research Institute  as researcher (1991-1992). MSc from KVL in 1987 in pesticide  fate in soil and PhD from UoC in 1991 in molecular soil microbiology.

 

Research Interests:

 

Nucleic acid based analysis of soil microbial populations.

Fate and effects of pesticides and PAH’s in soil and groundwater.
